The Cameron Park Design Review Committee reviews the process to provide protection, enhancement and use of places, sites, buildings and structures having special character, aesthetic interest and value; enhancement of tourism and the economy of the County by protecting and preserving places having special and unique character and interests.
Term Limits: Four-year term; except first members appointed. Members should be appointed on a staggered basis to keep the Committee complete and functional.
Membership: Three members shall be residents and owners of property in the area served by the Committee; two may be business owners of property within area and not residents.
Meetings: Cameron Park Design Review Committee meetings are held approximately every fourth Monday at 6:30 p.m. Discretionary projects required to be reviewed are required to schedule the review date with the El Dorado County Planning department. Additional meetings may be called at the discretion of the Chairperson or any two committee members. Meeting Location: Fire Station #89 at 3200 Country Club Drive, Cameron Park, CA 95682. No compensation.
