THE 2.12-ACRE PARCEL IS IDENTIFIED BY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 124-301-46 AND IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF GREEN VALLEY ROAD AND SOPHIA PARKWAY IN THE NORTH EL DORADO HILLS AREA.
