DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 727 LOT SUBDIVISION WITH 714 RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND 13 PARK, OPEN SPACE, AND LANDSCAPE LOTS. DEVIATIONS FROM THE STANDARD R1 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS: MIN LOT AREA 4,500 SF MIN LOT WIDTH 50 FT MIN FRONT YARD SETBACK 15 FT CORNER SIDE YARD SETBACK 15 FT R3A-PD: R3A-PD MINIMUM LOT WIDTH OF 150' SHALL BE REDUCED TO 50' FOR LOT 5 ACCESS TO D-DRIVE.
